Dear Paul, I felt it wrong if I never took time to generate this small email and thank you and your staff for making Simone and Daren's wedding "the perfect day". The up front work, organisation and support that you delivered as part of the service was remarkable, faultless and fantastic to say the least. Due to this approach the proceedings on the day were extremely well organised, seamless and executed with precision and with the up most professionalism. The timing of events and sequencing plus the sincere and genuine support of you and your staff has drawn rave comments from our guests post the wedding. Wedding receptions are expensive which involve a considerable monatary outlay for the day as you well know - saying this our money was well spent and we would do it all over again without hesitation with Miramare Gardens and your team. Dear Santo & Julia, Well what can i say... From day one when we came unexpected to your breathtaking venue i was speechless on how amazing it was. You were all so lovely and helpful. We all have not stop talking about our wedding night, thank you so much for giving us the best night of our lives. Santo you went off that night.... you welcomed us like family right from the begining. A big thankyou to you julia, you helped us every step of the way and gave us the best wedding. Santo you can't lose this beautiful person, shes fantastic!!!! Thanking you and your staff also for the fantastic service & food provided on the night. The food was absolutely amazing. Definately a memorable night i will never forget, it couldnt have been anymore perfect. Thank you once again for such a spectacular and successful night.

Hello Dianna, I just wanted to drop you a quick line to say thank you again to you and your family for the most wonderful wedding reception you gave to me and Sean. I also wanted to say a special thank you to your sister Ivanna for her assistance during the night and for finishing off the reception, she was so lovely and understanding about my very sore feet! Absolutely every aspect was just wonderful, from your help in the planning process to the evening itself, the room set-up (which was hot!), food, entertainment (the band was exceptional) and service by your staff.
All our family and friends can not stop talking about our reception at Miramare Gardens and you have left a lasting impression on them all. We finally went to see Alan Khan last night and looked through all the photo's (all 1,300 of them!) and he took some fantastic shots of the room which I understand he will send to you. Thank you again Dianna and hope to see you and your lovely family again one day.

Dear Dianna, It is with great pleasure that I write to you following the success of Pooja and Andrew’s Wedding Reception on Saturday 20th October 2007. A wonderful day was had by everyone and I join the whole family in thanking you for your assistance with the planning of this special event. We thank you for allowing us the flexibility to change and refine the event during the planning stage and for the advice, professionalism and attention to detail which you gave to all the arrangements. The service offered by you was without fault from our very first meeting earlier this year and your guidance throughout the past months was indeed appreciated. Furthermore, we would like to particularly thank you for you assistance with the flowers on the day of the wedding. No doubt it was beyond the call of duty for you to organise a florist at the eleventh hour and I sincerely thank you for taking control of what was otherwise a dire situation. It certainly was not your problem and it was extremely kind of you to offer your services to relieve the stress from the bridal party. Please also pass are gratitude on to your florist.
The venue worked perfectly with our requirements and the wedding in the gardens was absolutely magical. The ballroom was set beautifully and provided the ideal ambience for the reception. The service provided by all the staff at the venue surpassed all of our expectations. We know how difficult it is to produce consistent high standard meals for a large amount of people and would like to commend your chefs and their staff for a remarkable achievement. The food was beautifully prepared and presented and many of the guests commented on how much they appreciated their meals. Please pass on our congratulations and thanks.
Your wait staff did a brilliant job in serving the meals efficiently and were very attentive to the specific needs of each guest. It was refreshing to have such hard working and experienced hospitality professionals and they are very much a credit to your organisation. Please pass on our thanks and appreciation to everyone at Miramare Gardens. By the end of the reception we felt quite at home at your venue and that was very much due to the service provided by all the staff. We have no hesitation in recommending your venue to any of our friends to host their functions.

Hi Dianna, What a wonderful night!! Everything was perfect. You did such a professional job putting it all together and guiding Margot and me (the amateurs!) along the way. Please give my special thanks to your parents as well. You have an amazing family and seeing you all there tonight working together was indeed a testimony to all your hard work and commitment. I'm copying this to Rod as well - what an expert you are at this! Thank you for making the farewell dinner so special for our boys and us. Thank you too for the gorgeous flowers (I do so adore flowers!).
I have enjoyed coming alongside each of you in preparation for tonight, and have learnt a thing or two along the way - thank you for what you've imparted to me without even knowing. Have a great weekend and all the best for looking after these boys again on Monday for the formal - not my problem!!

Comments from everyone were that you were one of the best serviced venues that we have ever been to and are always willing to go the extra mile to make it work for us.
