The newly opened Miramare Gardens is located in Terrey Hills, and has been a vision come true for Alba and Santo, who traveled the world visiting the most prestigious venues for their inspiration. It truly is a family affair here at Miramare Gardens, Son Lee Severino is the talented Executive Chef. Lee fell in love with hospitality setting tables at the original Miramare at 11 years old. But it wasn’t until he got his hands dirty in the kitchen that he realised he’d truly found his calling. Lee’s career has seen him graduating from working in luxury hotels to running his own restaurants, delis and cafés and has built his life around sourcing and preparing truly premium dishes. His expertise, combined with our world-class kitchens, make dining at Miramare Gardens an experience in itself. “Whether you choose a light cocktail menu or a seven-course banquet, you and your guests will remember the food at your event for all the very best of reasons.” Says Lee.
Taking care of conferences and events are daughters Ivana, Dianna and son Paul who along with Julia Lorenti set new standards in personalised service. In charge of music and all Miramare’s technical requirements is their talented son-in-law Silvio LoProto. Silvio’s passion for entertainment began when he was a child playing around with an accordion given to his sister for her birthday. Silvio discovered his talent, and his sister never got to use her accordion again! By 16 Silvio was performing professionally, and has been entertaining Sydneysiders ever since. His skills on the piano and natural talent for putting together amazing shows, from lighting and sound to the perfect exit, are invaluable here at Miramare Gardens ensuring that the entertainment at Miramare Gardens will always be an event in itself.
