Miramare Gardens is the creation behind the talented hospitality duo Alba and Santo Severino, and takes wedding and conference venues in Sydney, to a whole new level of service and style.
The newly opened Miramare Gardens is located in Terrey Hills, and has been a vision come true for Alba and Santo, who traveled the world visiting the most prestigious venues for their inspiration. The Severino family will personally oversee every aspect of your event to ensure your special day is a complete success. Each member of our family have been involved in weddings, corporate functions and special events for their entire careers. The family are committed to providing you with the very finest service, from the moment you book your event until the departure of the very last guest.
The Severino’s love nothing more than seeing the dream for an event become a memorable reality for their clients. Its all hands on deck when an event is on at Miramare Gardens. “Watching my family working together in running an event makes me extremely proud, together we create an atmosphere that is electrifying” says Santo. Who also lends his talents to MC’ing the many events here at Miramare Gardens.
It truly is a family affair here at Miramare Gardens, Son Lee Severino is the talented Executive Chef. Lee fell in love with hospitality setting tables at the original Miramare at 11 years old. But it wasn’t until he got his hands dirty in the kitchen that he realised he’d truly found his calling. Lee’s career has seen him graduating from working in luxury hotels to running his own restaurants, delis and cafés and has built his life around sourcing and preparing truly premium dishes. His expertise, combined with our world-class kitchens, make dining at Miramare Gardens an experience in itself. “Whether you choose a light cocktail menu or a seven-course banquet, you and your guests will remember the food at your event for all the very best of reasons.” Says Lee.
Taking care of conferences and events are daughters Ivana, Dianna and son Paul who along with Julia Lorenti set new standards in personalised service. From the moment you book your event here at Miramare Gardens, the team will provide you with the knowledge and advice you need to make your dream event a reality. Assisting you with theming, organizing the latest in audio and visual technology, to entertainment, table centre-pieces, flowers, balloons, and after-event transport. So whether you wish to create a royal event or fairytale extravaganza for many hundreds of guests, the Event team have all the contacts and personal, first hand experience to ensure you have exactly what you want to make your dream event a memorable one.
In charge of music and all Miramare’s technical requirements is their talented son-in-law Silvio LoProto. Silvio’s passion for entertainment began when he was a child playing around with an accordion given to his sister for her birthday. Silvio discovered his talent, and his sister never got to use her accordion again! By 16 Silvio was performing professionally, and has been entertaining Sydneysiders ever since. His skills on the piano and natural talent for putting together amazing shows, from lighting and sound to the perfect exit, are invaluable here at Miramare Gardens ensuring that the entertainment at Miramare Gardens will always be an event in itself.
